Polvere e Cemento is the first collaboration between Italian songwriters Edgar Allan Paul and Maltese producer Jimmy Bartolo. It also marks the first Ultralow Music release to have the Italian language take centre stage.

Although the two songs vary in mood, Distaccamento with its upbeat pop structure & Il Blues Della Città Intelligente delivering a more melancholy synth approach, this Italian duo are proving to be a dynamic songwriting team that are anything but repetitious.
